Flagstaff Federal Reversion Relief Act This bill releases any land (including the parcel of land in Flagstaff, Arizona, that is owned by Win Oil Co., Inc.,) that is subject to a federal reversionary interest pursuant to the Act of July 27, 1866, from any longer being subject to that interest. (That Act granted lands to aid in the construction of a railroad and telegraph line extending from Missouri and Arkansas to the West Coast.)
