Mollie Baldwin Upskilling of Personal and Home Care Aides Act This bill provides funding for the Department of Health and Human Services to award grants to states, community-based organizations, and other eligible entities to train individuals for careers as home health aides, nursing assistants, or similar direct support professionals.
