American Nuclear Infrastructure Act of 2020 This bill provides support and incentives for nuclear infrastructure and advanced nuclear technologies, requires licenses for exports of low-enriched uranium to be in compliance with nonproliferation standards and related requirements, allows the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to deny imports of certain enriched uranium supplies from Russia and China for national security purposes, creates a national strategic uranium reserve, and sets forth related requirements.
