Correctional Facility Disaster Preparedness Act of 2020 This bill requires the Bureau of Prisons to report on the impact of major disasters on federal correctional facilities. The bill also (1) requires the National Institute of Corrections Advisory Board to report on the emergency and evacuation procedures at state and territorial correctional facilities during major disasters, and (2) expands membership of the advisory board to include those with specific backgrounds in areas such as public health or emergency response.
