No Funds to China's Military Act of 2020 This bill prohibits using federal funds to purchase goods or services from an individual or entity that the Department of Defense has determined is controlled by or affiliated with China's military or defense industrial base. This prohibition applies to federal funds provided to a state or local government or private entity. Before an executive agency provides federal funds to such a government or private entity, the recipient shall certify that it will comply with this bill.
