Platform Accountability and Consumer Transparency Act or the PACT Act This bill requires providers of interactive computer services (e.g., social media platforms) to (1) publish an acceptable use policy, (2) provide a system for users to submit complaints related to the removal of content, and (3) periodically report about violations of the use policy and removal of content.
