Summary

TRICARE Prescription Relief Act This bill allows the Department of Defense (DOD) to waive cost-sharing requirements under the TRICARE pharmacy benefits program during a declared national or public health emergency, a designated major disaster or emergency, or an emergency as determined by DOD.
