Statistical Area Fairness Act of 2019 This bill prohibits the Office of Management and Budget from including a county with a large federal installation in a core-based statistical area on the basis of employment in that county of residents of the central county or counties of the core-based statistical area. Core-based statistical areas are delineated based on census data and include metropolitan and micropolitan statistical areas.
