Country Of Origin Labeling Online Act or the COOL Online Act This bill requires sellers to conspicuously disclose the country of origin of products sold over the internet. This includes compliance with the labeling requirements for, among other products, new passenger motor vehicles, textile fiber products, wools products, fur products, covered commodities, and pharmaceutical products subject to the jurisdiction of the Food and Drug Administration. These requirements also apply to the provider or publisher of any internet marketplaces of such products. The bill further makes it unlawful to falsely or deceptively represent that a products or parts of its processing are of United States origin.
