A bill to assist COVID-19 recovery efforts in Sudan.

This bill authorizes the Department of the Treasury to direct the U.S. executive directors of specified international financial institutions (e.g., the African Development Bank) to support the provision of financial assistance for Sudan's response to or recovery from the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic.
