Educational Award Parity Act This bill allows AmeriCorps members who are 55 years of age or older and served in any program, including the National Civilian Community Corps or Volunteers in Service to America, to transfer their national service educational award to a family member. Currently, only members who served in AmeriCorps State and National may transfer such an award.
