Terrorism Reporting And Classifying Act of 2019 or the TRAC Act This bill establishes a federal interagency working group to coordinate the collection and reporting of federal data related to domestic terrorism incidents. The bill directs the working group to establish a standard interpretation of the term domestic terrorism , develop a federal database for storing information and data related to domestic terrorism incidents, and report on domestic terrorism incidents.
