Preventing Nuclear Proliferation in Saudi Arabia Act of 2019 This bill prohibits the Export-Import Bank from financing Saudi Arabia's importation of nuclear technology, equipment, fuel, materials, or other goods unless Saudi Arabia (1) puts a nuclear cooperation agreement into effect, (2) signs and implements an Additional Protocol to its Comprehensive Safeguards Agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency, and (3) commits to not possess nuclear facilities within its territory or engage in nuclear enrichment or reprocessing.
