GI Bill Work Study Improvement Act of 2019 This bill updates provisions related to the work-study allowance benefit available to eligible veterans, including by authorizing educational institutions to make payments directly to veterans for work performed under the program and prescribing the annual amount that the Department of Veterans Affairs must provide to educational institutions for this purpose.
