Veterans Enhancing Transportation Act

Veterans Enhancing Transportation Act This bill revises reporting requirements for state governments with respect to the disadvantaged business enterprise program of the Department of Transportation. Each state government may report information concerning small businesses that are owned and controlled by veterans who are not socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
