Defending Elections from Threats by Establishing Redlines Act of 2019 This bill requires the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to report on foreign interference in elections and requires the President to impose sanctions if such interference occurred. Additionally, the President must make various reports, including on foreign interference in elections and the net worth of certain Russian officials.
