Expressing support for a national day of mourning in recognition of the lives lost as a result of COVID-19.

This resolution expresses support for a National Day of Mourning for the lives lost as a result of COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019). It encourages Americans and the President to commemorate the day by observing a moment of silence and ordering flags flown at half-staff, respectively.
