Grants for Renewable Energy Education for the Nation's Workforce Act or the GREEN Workforce Act This bill authorizes the Department of Energy (DOE) to award grants to partnerships of local educational agencies, postsecondary institutions, and clean and renewable energy industry representatives to develop programs of study focused on emerging careers and jobs in the fields of clean and renewable energy, energy efficiency, climate change mitigation, and climate change adaptation. The bill authorizes DOE to award grants to partnerships of local educational agencies and postsecondary institutions to promote development of career and technical education facilities that are energy efficient and promote the use of renewable energy practices.
