Responsibility and Accountability in Strategic Pandemic/Biodefense Planning Act of 2020 or the RASPP Act of 2020 This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to take certain actions related to the national biodefense strategy and its implementation plan. Among other activities, HHS must work with agencies that participate in the Biodefense Steering Committee to describe roles and responsibilities with respect to identifying and sharing information and must prepare an assessment of plans, interagency agreements, and other policies concerning biodefense. In addition, HHS must report to Congress within 90 days on implementation strategies for information sharing and data integration.
