Buy American Medical Supply Chain Act of 2020 This bill applies more stringent origination requirements (i.e., Buy American requirements) on commercially available off-the-shelf items procured for the Strategic National Stockpile. It also requires the Department of Health and Human Services to establish a program to support domestic production capacity for items in the stockpile.
