Farmer's Milk in Low-Income Kitchens Act or the MILK Act This bill revises and expands the milk donation program of the Department of Agriculture (USDA). Specifically, the bill (1) increases funding for the program, and (2) requires USDA to carry out a program to match eligible dairy organizations with eligible distributors in order to facilitate the formation of eligible partnerships.
