Eco-Tourism Vessel Equity and Relief Act of 2020 This bill directs the Department of Homeland Security to prescribe a tonnage measurement as a small passenger vessel for the M/V LISERON (U.S. official number 971339) for purposes of applying an optional regulatory measurement.
