Expanding Access to the Workforce Through Dual Enrollment Act of 2019 This bill directs the Department of Education to provide grants to eligible entities (i.e., a state, or one or more local educational agencies, public institutions of higher education, or private sector entities) to establish, expand, or support dual or concurrent enrollment programs offering career and technical education.
