SNAP Online Purchasing Flexibility Act of 2020 This bill directs the Department of Agriculture to authorize all states to participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as the food stamp program) online purchasing program during the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) public health emergency. The program allows approved retail food stores to accept SNAP benefits through online transactions.
