Equity for Disaster Victims Act of 2020 This bill (1) cancels the repayment requirement for all uncollected amounts owed with respect to community disaster loans made by the federal government between January 1, 2011, and the enactment of this bill; and (2) changes from January 1, 2016, to January 1, 2011, the applicability date for the waiver of the prohibition against duplication of certain disaster-related benefits.
