Food and Necessities During Public Emergencies Act of 2020 This bill provides that during an emergency declared under the National Emergencies Act or the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits may be used to purchase specified durable goods. Specifically, such goods shall include infant care necessities, household paper products, household cleaning products, and personal cleaning products.
