Advocating for Older Americans During Coronavirus Crisis Act of 2020 This bill requires state long-term care ombudsmen to have continuing access to residents of long-term care facilities during any portion of the public health emergency related to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) in order to investigate and resolve complaints and otherwise assist such residents in protecting their health, safety, welfare, and rights.
