Every Person Deserves Peace and Quiet Act of 2020 This bill requires a set aside of 10% of the funding under the consolidated rail infrastructure and safety improvements grant program for supplementary and alternative safety measures (i.e., substitutes for the locomotive horn at railway-highway grade crossings). The bill also includes such measures as projects eligible for funding under the surface transportation block grant program.
