Clery Compliance Officer Designation Act of 2020 This bill requires an institution of higher education (IHE) that receives federal aid to designate a compliance officer to carry out the IHE's responsibilities related to (1) collecting campus crime statistics and campus security policies, and (2) submitting campus crime statistics annually to the Department of Education.
