Know Your Provider Act of 2020 This bill requires private health insurance plans to establish publicly available databases listing the contact information for providers and facilities delivering services under the plan, periodically verify and update the information on such databases, include notice in other provider directories that the most current information is available through the database, and establish procedures for responding promptly to inquiries from plan holders. Further, providers and facilities must establish processes for submitting current information to contracted health plans.
