Transportation Funding Accountability and Transparency Act This bill directs the Department of Transportation (DOT) to establish and maintain on a public website a fixed guideway capital investment grant program dashboard. The website must contain project-specific pages, including a comprehensive tracker of the status of the project in the approval process; a letter of no prejudice tracker that includes the review process by which DOT grants such a letter and an up-to-date status of such review; the date on which a full funding grant agreement is executed; the status of the project sponsor in securing the required non-federal cost share, based on information provided by the project sponsor; and a comprehensive tracker of the environmental review process for the project.
