Adoption Information Act

Adoption Information Act This bill requires family planning service projects or programs that receive certain federal grants or contracts to provide individuals who inquire about their services with specified information related to adoption centers in their state. The Department of Health and Human Services must provide such projects and programs with pamphlets containing the required information.
