Revamping American Infrastructure Act of 2020 This bill addresses the use of performance-based standards by the Department of Transportation (DOT). Specifically, DOT must invite the public to identify DOT regulations, guidance, and policies that establish prescriptive requirements for regulated entities that can be replaced with performance-based standards; submit and implement a plan to address feedback from the public that includes a detailed plan to replace the regulations, guidance, and policies with such standards; and ensure that its regulations, guidance, and policies issued are issued as performance-based standards.
