Safety Net Health Plan Employee Student Loan Forgiveness Fairness Act This bill provides employees of safety net health plans with statutory eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program; safety net health plans are generally Medicaid managed care plans sponsored by a nonprofit organization as opposed to a commercial health plan.
