21st Century Youth Entrepreneurship Act This bill includes innovation and entrepreneurship and related activities in the program of activities to support well-rounded educational opportunities. Specifically, it permits the funding of programs and activities that (1) promote innovation, such as leadership, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship under Student Support and Academic Enrichment grants for elementary and secondary school students; and (2) expand opportunities for students to participate in entrepreneurship education programs under career and technical education programs.
