Pricing Greenhouse Gases Report Act of 2019 This bill requires the Department of the Treasury to report to Congress on the Environmental Protection Agency's Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program. Specifically, Treasury must report on the utility of the data from the program for determining the amount of greenhouse gases emitted by taxpayers for the purpose of imposing a fee on taxpayers for such emissions.
