Ensuring Access to West Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Easement Funds Act of 2019 This bill requires that funds received by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in connection with the use of an easement or right-of-way at the VA's West Los Angeles Campus in Los Angeles, California, be treated as revenue to be used exclusively for the renovation and maintenance of the land and facilities at the campus.
