Full Choice for Veterans Act This bill removes existing requirements and authorizes covered veterans to receive hospital care, medical services, or extended care services through the Veterans Community Care Program if they notify the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Covered veterans are those who are enrolled in the VA health care system or are not enrolled but otherwise eligible for care.
