Preservation of Public Evidence Act of 2019 This bill reduces certain federal funding for law enforcement activities to jurisdictions that do not require their law enforcement agencies to provide the Department of Justice with relevant records and evidence concerning any investigation of a death or injury of an individual that was caused by a law enforcement officer or occurred in law enforcement custody.
