This bill revises endangered or threatened species requirements with respect to hoofstock born within the borders of the United States. Under this bill, hoofstock means barasingha, red lechwe, Arabian oryx, Eld's deer, Grevy's zebra, gaur, or banteng. The bill prohibits such hoofstock from being treated as endangered species, threatened species, essential experimental populations, or nonessential experimental populations.
