Get Reinvesting in Opportunities for Workers American Jobs Act of 2019 or the GROW American Jobs Act of 2019 This bill provides statutory authority for the SelectUSA program within the Department of Commerce. The program shall aim to facilitate business investments in the United States, help coordinate federal activities to increase the impact of federal resources supporting such investments, and maximize the impact of its assistance on job creation and economic growth. The Government Accountability Office shall assess the effectiveness of SelectUSA in increasing foreign direct investment in the United States.
