Fairness in Forgiveness Act of 2019

Fairness in Forgiveness Act of 2019 This bill revises the public service loan forgiveness program to expand eligibility for student loan forgiveness to include contractor employees who work at national laboratories owned by the Department of Energy. This bill takes effect as if enacted on October 1, 2007.
