National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps Amendments Act of 2019 This bill addresses the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Commissioned Officer Corps. The bill sets forth new requirements for the corps, including requirements concerning commissioned grades and operational strength numbers, obligated service, training and physical fitness, education loan assistance, recruitment, hiring and promotions, retirement and separation, and other workforce issues.
