Summary

Reauthorizing and Extending America’s Community Health Act or the REACH Act This bill reauthorizes and revises various public health and Medicare programs, modifies provisions related to Medicaid, and addresses the practice of charging health insurance plan holders for the difference between a provider's rate for a service and the in-network rate.
