I-14 Expansion and Improvement Act of 2019 This bill expands and designates high priority corridors on the National Highway System. Specifically, the bill designates the Central Louisiana Corridor and the Central Mississippi Corridor as high priority corridors on the system; expands Interstate Route I-14 within the Central Texas Corridor, the Central Louisiana Corridor, and the Central Mississippi Corridor.
