Summary
Solar Villages Initiative Act This bill authorizes the President, through the U.S. Agency for International Development, to provide assistance for renewable energy projects related to solar technologies in developing countries to increase the availability of credit, savings, and other services to microfinance and microenterprise clients. The President shall give priority to empowering female-owned businesses.
