Safe Equitable Campus Resources and Education Act of 2019 This bill addresses the needs of individuals with disabilities on college campuses, such as ensuring that their needs are included in emergency response and evacuation procedures and in responses to incidents of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking.
