Commitment to American Security Act This bill enacts specified legislation related to law enforcement and national security, including legislation (1) allowing a qualified individual to carry a concealed handgun into or possess a concealed handgun in another state that allows individuals to carry concealed firearms; and (2) containing provisions related to border security, cybersecurity, and transportation security.
