Designates September 2018 as Campus Fire Safety Month. Encourages administrators of institutions of higher education and municipalities across the United States to: (1) provide educational programs about fire safety to all college students in September and throughout the school year, (2) evaluate the level of fire safety being provided in both on- and off-campus student housing, and (3) ensure fire-safe living environments.
