Authorizes the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, acting jointly, to provide to the prosecution in United States v. Paul J. Manafort, Jr. , under appropriate security procedures, a copy of the transcript of the committee's interview of W. Samuel Patten and exhibits referenced in the interview.
